Rent The Pavilion

Lake Ritchie Pavilion is a large, sheltered outdoor venue which includes basic amenities and is perfect for weddings, receptions, family gatherings, reunions, parties, and other special events. It is available for rentals between May and October.

The pavilion is a 3,375 sqft. (45 ft. x 75 ft.) sheltered space with a maximum occupancy of 200 guests. The pavilion is equipped with electricity, overhead lighting, a kitchen and two private bathrooms. Your rental also includes use of 8 sixty-inch round tables, 25 six-foot rectangle tables, and 200 white folding chairs.

Renting Lake Ritchie Pavilion includes:

  • Use of the pavilion and grounds immediately surrounding it (no use of Lake Ritchie)
  • Large kitchen with an oven, range, large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and a large sink
  • Two private restrooms
  • 10 sixty-inch round tables
  • 25 six-foot rectangle tables
  • 200 white metal and plastic folding chairs
  • First round of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags
  • Trash receptacles

Pavilion Facilities

Fully Equipped Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, range, large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and a large sink.

Tables and Chairs

Your rental also includes use of 8 sixty-inch round tables, 25 six-foot rectangle tables, and 200 white folding chairs.

Private Restrooms

Two private restrooms are inside the pavilion. Your first round of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags are included.

2021 Rental Pricing

Renting the pavilion for a full day event (8am – 10pm) starts at $2,000.

Rental pricing breakdown:

  • $250.00 Non-refundable deposit (due when the Rental Agreement is signed)
  • $250.00 Refundable security deposit (refunded within 10 days if Pavilion and grounds have no damage)
  • The remaining rental fee and refundable security deposit of $1750.00 will be due 60 days prior to your event.

Renters are also required to acquire a One Day Event Liability Insurance within 30 days prior to their event.

Add-ons and Services:

  • Prior Day Use ($250 due at signing): Use of the pavilion the day before for four hours. If this option chosen, tables and chairs may not be left out overnight.
  • Clean-Up ($250 due at signing): Option includes putting tables/chairs away, cleaning inside and outside of the Pavilion and hauling all trash away. Renters are required to take their personal decorations/signs with them. Trash must be gathered in put in one area.
  • Arbor ($50): Use our arbor in any designated area on the grounds. Must give 48 hour notice prior to your event.

Q & A

What are the Pavilion's rental guidelines?

We ask our renters to follow these guidelines:

  • Set up and take down the day of their event
  • Tables and chairs to be put away in the order they were found (unless clean-up option is added)
  • Haul trash away day of their event (unless clean-up option is added)
  • No use of nails, screws, duct tape or staples inside or outside of the pavilion (3m Command Strips only)
  • Absolutely no use of the lake (no swimming, fishing or boating)
  • No fireworks, sparklers or explosives of any kind
  • No fires or firepits
  • No animals unless a special exception is granted
  • No sub contracting

What is the maximum occupancy for the pavilion?

The maximum occupancy for the pavilion and the surrounding grounds is 200. The pavilion provides tables and chairs to seat 200 guests.

How many hours do I have access to the pavilion when rented?

You will have access to the pavilion from 8am – 10pm on the day of your event. You may also request access to the pavilion on the day prior to your event for an additional fee.

Do you allow outside caterers and vendors?

Yes! We allow renters to bring in their own caterers and vendors. Renters are responsible to make sure their caterer or other vendors do not damage the kitchen or appliances in any way. Failure to do so results in the loss of the Security Deposit and fees to repair damage.

Is there parking on site?

Yes! Parking is available on the premises across from the pavilion.
